RAU. is an architecture and urban planning firm located in Lleida founded in 1985. We design and plan buildings of various typologies, approaching our construction projects with the goal of responding to the immediate context through strategies that are built upon the narrative of technical, economic, and construction factors of the site. We plan the organization of the territory and its urban growth through city planning.
We strive to be specialists in each of the disciplines we practice: architecture, city planning, rehabilitation, public space, construction, and interior design.
Our work process begins with the architectural conception, proceeds through technical development, and culminates in the execution of the construction project. We work with the capacity to understand and respond in each of the phases, with the support of external technical collaborators according to the complexity of each project.
At Rafart Arquitectura i Urbanisme, we emphasize the importance of local and proximity values. We are a multidisciplinary office that make architecture in service of their users, placing people at the center of design and providing added value to our clients.
